Shambly Marketplace is an exciting online marketplace for selling handmade products to a wide range of customers. The Shambly goal is to provide a safe and affordable platform for small businesses and sole traders to sell their handmade products.

The application uses Stripes Marketplace payment gateway integration to allow customers to pay for products directly to the seller. The application uses a bespoke order management system to help sellers and users manage their purchases and orders.

What work we did.

We designed a clean and modern look for the application, implementing a search bar within the top section of the website to help users find adverts quickly. We also designed a simple Heart Logo to illustrate a caring and friendly community.

We developed the complex functionality of the application using modern PHP and JavaScript languages, creating a secure and smooth journey for the user when using functions such as writing messages, creating community notice board articles and creating adverts.

We also integrated Google's GEO API to provide a postcode lookup function to help users search for local advertisements more easily.
